Da soll noch einer sagen, es gäbe keine g´scheiten Winter mehr! Wenn ich aus dem Fenster schau´, sehe ich, wie dichte Schneeflockenpolster vom Himmel herabschweben. Ich bin gerade vom Gassigehen zurückgekommen. Über zwei Stunden sind July und ich im Schnee durch den Wald gewatet und July konnte sich richtig austoben. Weil sie ein helles Fell schmückt, sah ich oftmals nur zwei dunkle Knopfaugen und eine schwarze Stubsnase aus den weißen Wechten ‘hervorlugen’. Gleich daraufhin sprintete sie los um im nächsten Schneehaufen unterzutauchen. Genüsslich wälzt sie sich anschließend in der kalten Pracht und ich frage mich: „Warum tut sie so etwas?“ Na ja, andere Lebewesen, andere Freuden. Das Panorama zeigt ein Turbinenhaus. Ein wenig versteckt in einem Tal inmitten faszinierender Berghänge liegt dieses Kraftwerk, das bereits seit 1908 Strom liefert - immerhin 13,7 GWh pro Jahr - so steht es auf einer Tafel geschrieben. Geht man entgegengesetzt der Blickrichtung die Forststraße entlang, gelangt man nach einer gemütlichen Wanderung entlang des Wildbaches zur Hütte „Mittereckerstüberl“. Dort kann man gut essen und sich für den steilen Anstieg zum Wildensee Kräfte holen. Das Mittereckerstüberl ist im Winter geschlossen und derAufstieg zum Wildensee bei diesen Schneemassen überaus gefährlich und nicht anzuraten. Im Frühling freilich, werde ich wieder hochsteigen, denn der Wildensee gehört sicherlich zu den romantischsten Hochgebirgsseen der Alpen. Und wer weiß - vielleicht reicht ja das „Schmalz“ noch für den Rinnerkogel. Schließlich ist man mit 67 erst im fortgeschrittenen Jugendalter und noch keineswegs greise. Wie überhaupt: ich habe mir für dieses Jahr viel vorgenommen. So möchte ich für YouTube kurze Erlebnissequenzen produzieren. Sie erzählen vom Fotografieren, vom Motorradfahren und vom Fliegen. Was niemand weiß, ich bin auch SIM-Pilot und fliege eine Cessna 337 Skymaster. Alle Drei zusammen sollen dann spannende Themen ergeben. Mal sehen was dabei rauskommt. Selbstverständlich werde ich auch über die im Sommer geplante Fotoreise aus Nordnorwegen berichten. Wer Lust hat, kann ja mitkommen. Am 17. Juli geht´s los. Someone should say that there are no more good winters! When I look out the window, I see dense cushions of snowflakes floating down from the sky. I just got back from walking my dog. July and I waded through the forest in the snow for more than two hours and July really let off steam. Because she adorns a light coat, I often only saw two dark beady eyes and a black snub nose 'peering' out of the white feathers. Immediately thereafter she sprinted off to disappear in the next pile of snow. She then happily rolls around in the cold splendor and I ask myself, "Why is she doing such a thing?" Well, other creatures, other pleasures. The panorama shows a turbine house. This power plant is a little hidden in a valley in the midst of fascinating mountain slopes. If you walk along the forest road in the opposite direction from which you are viewing, you will reach the “Mittereckerstüberl” hut after a leisurely hike along the torrent. There you can eat well and get strength for the steep ascent to the Wildensee. The Mittereckerstüberl is closed in winter and the ascent to the Wildensee is extremely dangerous with this mass of snow and not advisable. In spring, of course, I will climb up again, because the Wildensee is certainly one of the most romantic high mountain lakes in the Alps. And who knows - maybe the "Schmalz" will still be enough for the Rinnerkogel. After all, at the age of 67 you are only in advanced youth and by no means old. As always: I have big plans for this year. I would like to produce short experience sequences for YouTube. They talk about photography, motorcycling and flying. What nobody knows, I'm also a SIM pilot and fly a Cessna 337 Skymaster. All three together should then result in exciting topics. Let's see what comes out of it.
